ABOUT NP VACUUM PUMP
These are of oil-immersed, rotary vane type pumps. The rotor, with two spring loaded vanes, is mounted eccentric in the stator body, As the rotor, rotates the vanes sweep the crescent shape air space twice in each revolution. There is in- built non- return valve which prevents back flow of air.
Manufactured from graded material, all moving parts are precisely machined, ground and assembled with close tolerances. This results in increased efficiency and long trouble free operating life.
Accessories
Moisture Trap
High level of moisture present in air can degrade the performance and life of pump to significant level. Providing moisture trap at the inlet will ensure trapping of moisture and increase life and performance of pump.
OIL
for better life of vacuum pump, it is recommended to check and top up oil or change it when required. recommended oil for vacuum pump is : ENCLO – 46 (HP) SAE – 30 or Equivalent Vacuum Oil.
Water cooling jacket
If pump is subject to high temperature vapour or air or if ambience temperature is high proper cooling is required for proper performance of vacuum pump. We can provide optional water cooling jacket for cooling water circulation.
Vacuum McLeod gauge
These are high precision mechanical lead based vacuum gauge, used for measuring very high vacuum range and to calibrate vacuum dial gauges.
